The Shaman class is pretty complicated, it's from the Orchid mod, a mod that has been long forgotten at this point. This class is the Mage class but with elemental mechanics, It use scepters and each scepter has its element and buff, for example, one scepter can have the fire element, and give a life regen buff, while another one can have the water element, and give movement speed. There are 5 elements total: Fire, Water, Air, Earth, and Spirit, which can stack, meaning that you can use 5 different scepters, each with a different element to get multiple buffs and good damage. Each scepter also has its empowerment, which can be unlocked by "Bonding", basically meaning that you need to have multiple elements, or just use multiple scepters at once. It all sounds confusing, but it's just using multiple weapons to get strong.
Armor in this class is all robe themed, and all the armors have robes, and also look like wizard type of outfits. The armor in this class mainly focuses on giving buffs, and a few set bonuses, and the defense is pretty bad. Here are some examples.

This is Sun Priest Armor, a pretty good armor set for this class. This armor doesn't do much other than give buffs and increase damage, but it does also release homing beams of light when you have the fire bond. Not much else to say. |

This is Abyssal Armor, the best armor for this class. This armor gives buffs and increases damage, but it also makes all shamanic bonds more effective, Double tapping down summons an abyss portal, and the portal grants an air bond. |
Scepters are the only weapon in this class, there are a few other ones that are scepters as well, which don't count as "other".

SceptersThis is the Depths Baton, this is pretty much the night's edge weapon version for this class. The weapon shoots dark bolts, and having 3 active bonds, will shoot a beam instead of bolts. This weapon also deals Spirit element damage. |
That's what you need to know about the Shaman class. Overall, it's pretty complicated, but it's the elemental class. This class is not played by anyone anymore, but it is still a class. And is recommended to be played if you want some underrated content. But again, no one plays this class.
